1138 E. Henry St. Lot Project SOW: The work for this project includes the addition of an 800-SF space to the existing residence at 1138 Henry St. The new space will be used primarily for a worship area for the Vedanta Center. There is also a small office for the swami and a fully accessible restroom for public use. The addition is separated by 6 feet and the new building will have a 1-hour rated separation wall. The only site adjustments are retention areas to accommodate the additional run-off of the building. There is also an extension of the concrete to the west adjacent parking lot. 1132 E. Henry St. Lot Project SOW: The adjacent lot, 1132 Henry St. will be developed into a small parking area for the worship center. There are eleven parking spaces with one handicapped space. The west side of the lot has a retention area as required by code. The main entry to the parking is on Henry St. with exit out of the alleyway to the north. Due to existing market conditions, please identify the following: 1) required schedule for securing and installing your trades items, 2) to the best of your ability, any unusually long lead times, and 3) any potential price increases that suppliers have notified you up coming.
Western States General Contracting is bidding on this project, will review all bids and contact subcontractors for additional discussion. Bids are due by Thursday, July 14, 2022 12:00 PM.
