​​​​PROJECT DESCRIPTION​

Construction of a lube shop consisting of 1,462 SF single-level building on a 39,770 SF parcel (.91 Acres) existing vacant parcel with on-site parking and new landscape. The building is expected to be a slab-on-ground structure using masonry and frame construction. Anticipated start is the week of March 22, 2021. Please bid per scope and provide ALT V.E. where applicable.

Western States General Contracting is bidding on this project, will review all bids and contact subcontractors for additional discussion. All RFI’s are due to WSGC by Monday, March 1, 2021. Bids are due by Friday, March 5, 2021 12:00 PM. If you have questions, please reach out to our team at estimating@wsgeneral.com.
