PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in a portion of the southeast quarter of Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 4 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, AZ. Construction of a lube shop consisting of 1,469 SF building with ingress and egress to the north and south of the building, respectively. Maximum building area is 15,750 SF. The building is expected to be a slab-on-ground structure using masonry and frame construction. Anticipated start is the week of March 22, 2021. Please bid per scope and provide ALT V.E. where applicable.
Western States General Contracting is bidding on this project, will review all bids and contact subcontractors for additional discussion. All RFI’s are due to WSGC by Monday, March 1, 2021.
