Rili B’s Taco Shop and Pizza & Wings | Queen Creek, AZ – Western States General Contracting

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Construction on vacant pad section within the Heritage Town Square Center of Queen Creek. Existing Lot-16 is split into two lots, 16-A and 16-B. This project is for the development of Lot 16-A, an approx. 1.02 acre portion of the center. The new building will consist of an approximate 3,915 SF of conditioned area along with covered entries, covered porches and open patio dining areas. The new building will be for two restaurant tenants (both owned & operated by the same owner). An approximate 2,290 SF area for Rili B’s Taco Shop and approximate 1,625 SF are for Pizza & Wings (ATL Wings). The taco shop will include a drive-thru, which has been designed to exceed the queuing requirements. New parking areas have been designed so they can connect with existing drive ways, aisles and parking areas. The site includes new landscaping areas. Anticipated start is Q1 2022.
