Construction of four (4) three-story, multi-family residential buildings with thirty-nine (39) units each. In addition, there will be a swimming pool and amenity area, as well as usable open space areas and stormwater retention basins. 

Western States General Contracting will review all bids and contact subcontractors for additional discussion.

SEPARATE THE COST OF SITE AND BUILDING IN ESTIMATE.

Due to existing market conditions, please identify the following:
1) Required schedule for securing and installing your trade items
2) To the best of your ability, any unusually long lead items
3) Any potential upcoming price increases that suppliers have notified you
