PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is for the work described herein including the site and building improvements per the plans. Lot Area: Gross 130,496 SF / 2.99 Acres; Net 104,584 SF / 2.4 Acres. Proposed Under Roof 9,114 SF. Net SF 7,410. The site work includes all grading, drainage, site walls, gates and site improvements indicate. For the building, the scope of work includes the interior and exterior “tenant improvement” work as indicated herein, and includes all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical as indicated, a complete fire sprinkler system, all doors and windows, and all building partitions, equipment, and finishes. Please note that the prefabricated steel building structure will be designed and constructed by bunger steel. The steel building structure, footings, and steel canopies are engineered, provided and installed by bunger steel and will be under a separate building permit and review. Coordination of the work integrating the steel building and this projects site and building improvements are indicated herein. Please bid per scope and provide ALT V.E. where applicable.
