PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Tenant finish remodel of restaurant/bar concept in a mixed use development. Includes demolition, drywall/framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, partitions, paint, flooring, FRP, doors/install, fire alarm, fire sprinklers and millwork. Anticipated start is Q3 2022. Bids should include tax. Due to existing market conditions, please identify the following: 1) required schedule for securing and installing your trades items, 2) to the best of your ability, any unusually long lead times, and 3) any potential price increases that suppliers have notified you up coming.
