PROJECT DESCRIPTION

New single story free-standing building for a birdcall restaurant with a drive-thru on a leased site and existing pad. Approximately 2,500-2,700 SQ FT with an exterior patio. New building with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and kitchen equipment as required. New exterior finishes, store front, signage and patio enclosure. Hardscape/landscape and site modifications as required. Anticipated start is Q4 2022. Bids should not include tax. Due to existing market conditions, please identify the following: 1) required schedule for securing and installing your trades items, 2) to the best of your ability, any unusually long lead times, and 3) any potential price increases that suppliers have notified you up coming.
