You are invited to provide proposals for a new clinic build out for SkinSpirit, at a new location in Paradise Valley, AZ.
The new clinic will be built out within an existing shopping center on the 1st floor. The project is 2,105 SQFT consisting of (8) treatment rooms, retail & reception, (1) waiting room, (2) restroom & (1) breakroom along with an office and storage rooms. Interior & Exterior Signage by SkinSpirit. Low Volt/Data Contractor is SkinSpirit Sub. The EC provides pathways only for Data. Speakers, Trim out for IT/Data is by SkinSpirit. Ring & String and setting of boxes by EC’s.
