​​​​PROJECT DESCRIPTION​

Construction of a car dealership building including structural, MEP and landscape. The project will include sales and service repair facilities. The site is Parcel 3 (northwest corner) of the Scottsdale AutoShow. Approximately 24,000 square feet under roof, project size is approximately 3.91 acres located on Salt River Pima-​​Maricopa Indian Community property located at Indian School Road and the 101 Freeway. Building will be two-story with showroom, vehicle sales, parts storage, 15 service bays, and carwash/detailing areas. 


Western States General Contracting will communicate the bidding opportunity, review all bids and contact subcontractors for additional discussion. 

ADDITIONAL PROJECT INFORMATION​

​All contractors working on the development are required to attend the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Cultural Preservation Program Cultural Sensitivity Training.
